User Privacy Choices

Here are the controls you have when using the GLKVM macOS Companion and its support website.

Microphone access: You can deny microphone permission when prompted, or toggle microphone usage in the KVM interface. The app doesn’t record audio.
Clear credentials: Change the KVM URL or remove the optional admin password in the app settings. Passwords are stored in macOS Keychain and can be deleted using Keychain Access.
Output routing: Audio output follows the macOS system default device. You can choose a different system output or use a virtual audio device for per‑app routing.

Contact form: You can choose not to send a message. If you do, we only use your name, email, and message to respond.
Data deletion: Request deletion of support emails and any stored submission logs by emailing [email protected].
Cookies/Tracking: The site does not use analytics cookies or trackers.

Open the app’s settings to update or clear KVM URL and password.
Use macOS System Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone to revoke access if granted.
Contact us to request data deletion for prior website submissions.
